REGISTRATION  As you were informed at the time of your registration, by releasing the plug-in(s) developed in accordance with the procedure set forth on the web page (PLUG-IN RELEASE PAGE) , you hereby agree and accept that the plug-in(s) may be freely accessed and used by third parties. In the case of plug-ins developed under a GPL3 license that may have commercial potential, these will be selected by Fermat, at its sole discretion, and a revenue-sharing agreement, as published on the web page (PLUG-IN Official Pack PAGE), will be proposed to you. You hereby understand and accept that you are fully liable for the content uploaded and hereby agree to hold Fermat harmless from any liability in this respect. If a Developer intends to use or extend the functions of an existing plug-in, Fermat recommends that dependencies should be used between plug-ins. If you wish to contribute to the enhancement of an existing plug-in, you should contact the developer of that specific plug-in. Fermat reserves the right to remove plug-ins that are duplicates of other plug-ins and that hence offer no added value. Should a third party report that his/her rights have been breached as a consequence of your activities, the Company may immediately cancel the prejudicial messages if it deems, at its own discretion, such allegations to be valid. In order to use the Service at issue, you are required to provide the personal information requested during the registration procedure, ensuring the truthfulness and completeness of such information, and to promptly correct the foregoing information in the event of changes. In particular, you hereby agree to refrain from using the Service to: upload, publish, send or transmit or distribute in any other way material that is illegal, injurious, intimidating, insulting, harassing, defamatory and/or slanderous, offensive or obscene, in breach of the privacy rights of others or in any event reprehensible or in conflict with current national or international laws; to damage minors in any way; falsify your identity or lie about your relationship with other parties; create headers or manipulate logos or signs in any other way to make counterfeits of the original version of material transmitted or distributed; upload, publish or transmit or distribute in any other way material that you are not entitled to transmit or distribute pursuant to law, to a contract or by virtue of a fiduciary relationship, or material of a promotional or publicity nature or material that contains viruses or other codes, files or programs created to interrupt, destroy or limit the functioning of third party software, hardware or telecommunication systems. You are solely liable with respect to the information that you send or publish in the areas made available by the Company.
