REGISTRATION  On releasing the plug-in(s) developed in accordance with the procedure set out in the web page (PLUG-IN RELEASE PAGE) the User, as detailed at the time of registration, hereby accepts that the same may be freely accessed and used by third parties.   In the case of plug-ins that have been developed under GPL3 license and that may have commercial potential, these will be selected by Fermat, at its sole discretion, and a request to sign a royalty sharing agreement, as published on the web page (PLUG-IN Official Pack PAGE), will be made. It is understood that the User undertakes full responsibility for the inserted content and hereby holds Fermat harmless from any liability in this respect. If the Developer intends to use or extend the functions of an existing plug-in, Fermat’s recommendation is to use dependencies between plug-ins. If the User wishes to contribute to the enhancement of an existing plug-in, the developer of that specific plug-in should be contacted. Fermat reserves the right to remove plug-ins that are duplicates of other plug-ins and that hence offer no added value.   Should a third party report that his/her rights have been breached consequential to the User's activities, the Company may immediately cancel the prejudicial messages if it deems, at its own discretion, such allegations to be valid. In order to use the Service at issue, the User undertakes to: - provide the personal information requested during the registration procedure, ensuring the truthfulness and completeness of such information; - promptly correct the foregoing information in the event of changes. In particular, the User undertakes to refrain from using the Service to: upload, publish, send or transmit or distribute in any other way material that is illegal, injurious, intimidating, insulting, harassing, defamatory and/or slanderous, offensive or obscene, in breach of the privacy rights of others or in any event reprehensible or in conflict with current national or international laws; to damage minors in any way; falsify his/her identity or lie about his/her relationship with other parties; create headers or manipulate logos or signs in any other way to make counterfeits of the original version of material transmitted or distributed; upload, publish or transmit or distribute in any other way material that he/she has no right to transmit or distribute pursuant to law, to a contract or by virtue of a fiduciary relationship, or material of promotional or publicity nature or material that contains viruses or other codes, files or programmes created to interrupt, destroy or limit the functioning of third party software, hardware or telecommunication systems. The User is the sole responsible party with respect to the information that he/she sends or publishes in the areas made available by the Company.
