This Privacy Notice describes the context in which we process your personal data and it explains your rights and obligations, pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data Controller

The Data Controller of personal data is Fairmat S.r.l. (hereinafter “The Data Controller”) with registered office in Verona, Piazza Bra 28, 37121 and e-mail: privacy@fairmat.com.

Recipients of the data

Your personal data will not be disclosed and will not be communicated or made available to indeterminate subjects. 

Your personal data may be communicated to instructed and authorized employees and collaborators of the Data Controller. When strictly necessary, your information may also be communicated to external service suppliers who process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller. In these cases, the suppliers are contracted pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In these cases, an agreement is stipulated between the Data controller and the Data Processor pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR. In certain limited circumstances, your personal data may be accessed by or transferred to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or judicial authorities. This will occur only when legally required.

Data transfer

Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. If necessary, The Data Controller may use cloud services: in this case, the data controller will select cloud service providers that provide the guarantees required by art.  46 of the GDPR.

Data retention

The Data Controller will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or to protect against legal claims. 

Rights of the data subject

As a “data subject”, which is a natural person whose personal data are being processed, you can exercise your rights indicated in the following articles of the GDPR:

15 – Right of access by the data subject,

16 – Right to rectification,

17 – Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’),

18 – Right to restriction of processing,

20 – Right to data portability,

21 – Right to object,

22 – Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects on your life.

You can exercise your rights at any time by sending your request to the address of the data controller indicated above, specifying the reason for your request, the right you intend to exercise and sending to the Data Controller what will be required to verify your identity. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

Complaint

As a data subject, you have the right to send a complaint to the Data Protection Authority of your Country of residence.

Automated decision-making processes

The Data Controller does not process personal data through automated decision-making processes, which could cause legal effects or in any case significantly affect your life.
